The smack down will start on Friday October 22nd at 6:00 pm and will go non-stop until Sunday October 24th. That's a whopping 45 hours of gaming goodness. We have already gotten sponsorship comittments from nVidia, Microsoft, Dream Catcher, DFI motherboards and Thermaltake to mention a few. Of course it wouldn't be the same unless we had our local guys from Rampage show up. Ok, who's going to reign in those dogs from Lethal Perfection? ;^)
So needless to say we are really wound up to put this one together. Of course there will be all you can drink soda and a free pizza dinner.
So here is how it will go, the first 100 paid registrations will get in for $30 and get two raffle tickets, the next 100 will get in for $30 and get one raffle ticket, the last 100 will get in for $35 and get one raffle ticket. If there is any open room at the door, those will go for $45 with one raffle ticket, so I would recommend you get registered and paid ASAP! There will be no additional raffle tickets available, so the early seats are the ones to have! There will also be no at event tournament registration, so if you want to compete you have to get registered and paid before October 15th!!!
We will be updating the Fright Fest 2004 pages with more details as they come available so stay tuned!
We are excited and pleased to welcome PCToyland.com as an official Fright Fest 2004 sponsor. They are contributing a way cool limited edition Xbox, complete with a copy of Halo. If you've never seen a limited edition version, they stand out in a crowd. The case and control are translucent green. Worth over $170 retail. A nice prize that will have a worthy challenge to overcome for the winner! Let's hear a WOOT, WOOT for PCToyland! They have one very cool website with a nice graphical interface. Check it out!
And to all our sponsors so far, thank you so much for your generous donations. You make these events possible! Please show your support for our sponsors by visiting them regularly and purchasing from them!
Our friends at Rampage Gaming Center have made the local scene with a very favorable news story. You can read the Idaho Statesman story here. If you haven't had the chance to stop by and visit Rampage Gaming Center yet, what are you waiting for? They just opened up another location in Boise off of Broadway. Now there are two convienent locations to serve you better. Make sure you let them know how much you appreciate them being at the BoiseFragFest events.
Rampage has agreed to sponsor Fright Fest 2004. We look forward to having them!
Thanks to Daniel with Cluboverclocker.com, we have video coverage from the Frag Fest VI event. Have a look.

We would like to throw some props to our sponsors. There are too many to mention and it would not be fair to single any one in particular. We are very grateful for each and every sponsor that helped make Frag Fest VI a success.
We would also like to give a shout out to all the gamers that come and support us each and every event. It is our pleasure to bring you these events and we are happy to do it. You are a great bunch of gamers and we want to thank you for your continued support. We look forward to our next event that will be some time in October. It will be appropriately called Fright Fest 2004. Hope to see you all there!
It was a lot of fun and we appreciate you coming. Please let us know any feedback you have so that we can continue to improve. Check out the Channel 2 News at 5:30 and 11:00, as you may be in the video footage! Until next time....keep fraggin!

The team signups for this Saturday are up. If you haven't already, go create your teams and signup so that we can have the tournament ladders figured out as much as possible before hand. Please note that you have to be paid to signup for tournaments.
Also..if you haven't paid. The cutoff is Thursday, May 4th. After that, its $20 at the door and you only get one raffle ticket with your signup, not two.
Lastly, because of all the great prizes we have from our awesome sponsors, we will be selling raffle tickets for $10 each. You can buy them at the event if you want to increase your chances of winning some really cool stuff.
Looking forward to this Saturday! Hope to see you all there!
